Terms & Conditions

Every project starts with a written scope shared on WhatsApp or email: pages, features, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Published plan prices are fixed for the scope described:

• Basic Website — ₹3,000
• Website + AI Chatbot + AEO + GEO — ₹19,999
• Premium Growth System — ₹25,999

Third-party costs (domain, hosting, payment gateway fees, paid APIs, premium fonts or stock media) are billed at actual cost and are not included in plan prices.

Typical delivery is 3–5 business days for standard website builds once you have provided content, brand assets and access. Timelines pause while we wait on inputs or feedback. Larger builds get their own timeline in the scope.

You provide accurate business information, content, images and access to domain, hosting and any accounts required. You confirm you hold the rights to any material you send us. We do not invent statistics, testimonials or credentials on your behalf.

Each project includes a defined round of revisions stated in the scope. Additional rounds or new requirements are quoted before work continues.

Unless agreed otherwise in the scope, work starts on advance payment and the balance is due before launch or handover.

We implement technical SEO, content structure, AEO and GEO work as described in the scope. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic volumes, or that any AI assistant will mention your brand, because those outcomes are controlled by third parties.

On full payment, you own the delivered website content and design for your business. Reusable internal tooling and frameworks remain ours.

Post-launch fixes to work we delivered are handled promptly. Ongoing maintenance, content updates and new features are a separate arrangement.
